1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using auttickn ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

auttickn is an AI-powered platform that automatically generates video tutorials, narrated walkthroughs, and help articles from web applications. The Service operates by navigating your application via automated browser sessions.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorization to access and use, via the Service, any web application you connect to auttickn, and that doing so does not violate the terms of service, acceptable use policy, or any other agreement governing that third-party application.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access applications you do not have authorization to use
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to overload, disable, or impair any server or network

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of automated browser sessions to access third-party applications complies with those applications' own terms of use. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your violation of a third party's terms.

5. Content Ownership

Your content: You retain all rights to the applications you connect and the content generated by the Service using your inputs.

Our content: The Service, its design, code, and documentation remain our intellectual property.

License to us: You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or content

7. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are limited in usage as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and no fees already paid will be refunded except as required by law. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that generated content will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, auttickn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or terms of service.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or governmental action.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
